DUET-enhanced whipped cream dresses up pumpkin, pecan or apple pie.

Pour a half pint of chilled whipping cream into a mixing bowl. With electric beaters, begin whipping the cream. Slowly add 3-4 tablespoons of DUET sherry as you continue to whip the cream. Continue until you reach the desired consistency.
(You can also make DUET whipped cream by putting both ingredients into the canister of a whipped cream dispenser and shaking, according to dispenser directions.)
