1 part DUET after-dinner wine with hints of hazelnut, chilled
1 part Fevertree ginger ale or ginger beer, chilled
1 slice lemon
In a wine glass, mix DUET and ginger ale.
Finish with a squeeze of lemon.
To keep it cold, make a batch of DUET Gingersnap ice cubes.
Pour a batch of the Gingersnap mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze.
