DUET Ice Cream

All you need is vanilla ice cream and DUET Sherry to create your own adult ice cream flavor.

1/2 cup hazelnuts

1 pint good quality vanilla ice cream, softened

5 tablespoons DUET Sherry (or to taste)

Using a food processor, pulse to chop the hazelnuts until most pieces are the size of fine crumbs. Add the

softened ice cream and pulse once or twice to begin blending. Add 3 tablespoons of DUET and continue

mixing. Taste, and add more DUET, if needed. Put the mixture back in the container and refreeze.
