1 oz pomegranate juice
1 oz California Port
1 dash orange bitters
3 oz sparkling wine
One 1-inch round lemon peel, for garnish
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except lemon peel in a flute. Spritz a 1-inch round of lemon peel, skin side down, over the surface of the drink, and discard.
