Petite Cup cocktail garnished with fresh berries and a mint sprig

1 or 2 port-soaked strawberries
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 oz Sonoma Portworks’ Petite Sirah Port
1/2 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice

Muddle the port-soaked strawberries and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add the Petite Sirah Port and lemon juice. Shake with ice. Strain into a glass and top with a splash of club soda.
